Net Promoter Score Participation Basics

How much does it cost to participate?

There are two versions, free and paid.

Free

The free version entails secure, private administrative access to the NPS database, a pre-prescribed survey to use and distribute amongst your organization and access to all results generated via subsequent respondent participation. 

Paid

Cost is dependent on size of organization and number of surveys evaluated on a monthly basis. The process entails:

Set-Up, Roadmapping and Building Solid Data Sets.  

7DS will engage client in a one-hour kick-off interview to establish a roadmap and set expectations.  We will subsequently upload the organizations participants, create a custom NPS survey and administer the distribution of surveys for the client upon closing of a given transaction.

Net Promoter Score Calculation and Root Cause Analysis. 

Based on results from respondents, 7DS will calculate the organizations NPS score and engage in a per survey root cause analysis.  The Root Cause Analysis is a per survey review of results, designed to uncover customer behavior and loyalty drivers for your organization. 

From this analysis 7DS shall make succinct recommendations on where and how to augment positive results, mitigate issues and otherwise drive actions and accountability that increase loyalties in and for your organization.  The effectiveness of these recommendations can be measured in subsequent monthly root cause analysis’ and direct NPS score movements.

How do I get started (Free Version)

 

1. Register with RENPS at http://renps.com/register.

2. Set up your company, agents and administer surveys.

The Admin is responsible for all data entry, assignment of surveys to their organization and subsequent interpretation of data provided.  7DS Associates will email the Admin a report at the first of every month in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. This report will contain all the data that has been captured based on the surveys you have assigned to your agents. 

Upon logging into the system, you will land on the main Control Panel.  Familiarize yourself with the “Account Functions” and “Surveys” tabs. 

Account Functions:

  • List Agents – View the current agents you have loaded into the system
  • Add an Agent – Enter the agent’s information here. You will also create a default username and password for each agent that you add into the system.
  • Edit Company Info – If you need to edit your company’s contact information, this is location in which you can make necessary updates.
  • Edit Your Info – If you need to edit your personal contact information, this is the location where you would make the necessary updates.
  • Change Password – If you need to change your password at any point, this is the location where you would make the necessary updates.

 

Surveys:

  • List All Surveys – Select a survey, which have been pre-populated and loaded for you by 7DS.
  • Link Builder – Select an agent and the corresponding survey, and a customized link will be generated. This URL is the link that you will send out the specified agent.

 

All information and results shall remain 100% anonymous except to the assigned Admin of the organization, however, 7DS reserves the right to use the data collected anonymously to establish baseline NPS scores for a given industry or sector thereof.  Again, 7DS will not share any participant’s specific results to anyone without express written consent from the participant.
